Over 35 years of international experience spanning smart cities, urban intelligence systems, AI convergence frameworks, architecture, and large-scale digital transformation — across Saudi Arabia, South Korea, China, the United States, and Europe. He has led large-scale urban and digital initiatives internationally and is the author of multiple published works on smart cities and artificial intelligence.

Over 25 years driving large-scale digital transformation, R&D, and emerging-technology adoption across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the UK. A published author in Nature, a World Economic Forum finalist, and a quantum-computing researcher at Imperial College London — he defines platform architectures that are rigorous, compliant, and deployable at national scale.
